Ice on the Floor of a Sub-Zero Freezer

What the observations mean
Repeated ice on the bottom of the compartment may involve water movement or drainage, but the pattern needs professional inspection. Chipping at the ice can damage the liner or hidden components. Melting the visible ice alone may leave the underlying problem unresolved.
